"Good price, seems worth it"
The price was better than most of the other options I looked at, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But the delivery went fine and the service did the job. Not exactly blown away, but for the money, I’d probably use them again.

I used one-delivery.co.uk and the delivery fee was reasonable compared to some other sites. It was shown clearly before I paid, and there weren’t any random extra charges sneaking in at the end, which was a relief. The food arrived fine too. Just a heads-up to others though, always double-check the total before you confirm, because not every site is this clear. I’d use them again

"Super quick delivery!!"
I ordered in the morning and it showed up way sooner than I expected!! No hassle at all, and the driver was quick and really polite. I’m impressed with how fast it was and would definitely use them again

"Missing item got sorted, but took a bit"
My order showed up quickly, which was good, but one of the items was missing. bit annoying because I didn’t realise until after the driver had already left.
I messaged support and they did get back to me, just not that fast, and I had to send over a photo of the receipt. got the refund in the end, so it was Fine overall, just wish it was a little smoother.

I could follow my parcel moving around all day and it showed up right when the tracking said it would. Funny how simple that sounds, yet not every delivery service manages it. No stress at all

My parcel didn’t turn up when it was supposed to, so I got in touch with them. To be fair, they dealt with it the same day, and it arrived not long after. Started off a bit frustrating, but they put it right, so I’m happy enough.

"Fair price, and no sneaky add-ons"
I thought the pricing on one-delivery.co.uk was reasonable. I did that thing where I opened a couple of other tabs to compare, and while it wasn’t the absolute cheapest option, it still felt fair for what I was getting. What I appreciated most was that the total stayed the total, no random little fee appearing right at the last step, which always annoys me

As someone who’s a bit picky when it comes to takeaway, I was impressed with one-delivery.co.uk. There were loads of menu choices, but it didn’t feel like I was scrolling forever just to find something decent. There was a good mix of local takeaways near me, and most things I clicked on were actually available, which makes a nice change. Definitely made sorting dinner much easier.

"Solid updates from start to finish"
I used one-delivery.co.uk last week, the updates were the standout part. I got a message when my order was accepted, another when the driver was on the way, and one when it was getting close, so I always knew what was going on.
No need to keep refreshing or wondering where my food had disappeared to. Everything was clear, the delivery went smoothly, and the food turned up fine. I’d definitely use them again.

I was surprised by how many places showed up near me. My usual takeaway was on there, but I also found a few new spots I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. It’s made deciding what to have for dinner a lot easier, and I’ve been happy with it so far.

Used one-delivery.co.uk last night everything turned up exactly how I ordered it. No missing dips, drinks were the right ones, and they actually paid attention to my note about no onions, which was a nice surprise.
I’ve had plenty of annoying experiences with other delivery sites, so it was good not having to ring anyone or chase stuff up. Just simple, no fuss, got my food.
